a. The minimum quantity order is one 40'container. 
b. Different quantity per model, please check the website for quantity.  
 
 
What is the production and delivery time?
a.   Production is from 30 to 40 days, depending upon the high demand of our products. 
 
 
What are the acceptable payment methods?
a.   Acceptable payment methods are T/T and L/C at sight. We require 40% deposit upon confirmation of order and 60% balance by T/T or L/C at sight 
 
 
What is the price of shipping of the container and can I use HQL Forwarder Company to do my shipping? What is the shipping FOB/CIF port?
a.   Depending upon the port of delivery, prices vary. You may use our forwarder for your shipping needs.  
b.   The shipping port used by HQL is Ningbo and Shanghai. 
 
 
May I mix my container order?
a.   Yes. Three models for one 40 or 40HQ container.  
 
 
Can I use my own logo and design on your products?
a.   Yes. OEM is welcomed. Depending on the job difficulty and quantity pricing varies. 
 
 
May I visit your factory?
a.   We always welcome customers to our factory. Nearest airport is YiWu. We will provide your ride from the airport to our factory. Before your trip please email us for further instructions.
